Becws is Back!

We were excited to tune in for Becws last Friday, which we are thrilled to be sponsoring for its second series. The series follows Great British Bake Off star, Beca Lyne-Pirkis, as she shares exciting recipes with viewers.

The second week saw her enjoy a girls’ night in, preparing a range of savoury and sweet dishes in easy to serve, canapé style. She started the evening by preparing loaded sweet potato skins, followed by a main meal of chicken skewers and green coleslaw, with a chocolate brownie for dessert.

We may be biased, but our favourite recipes was her garlic monkey bread, dotted with rosemary and thyme. It made for a nice variation on the traditional staple and we’re looking forward to trying it at home.

If you haven’t yet seen it, you can catch it online on S4C now, along with all of the recipes from last week. Likewise, we’d love to hear from you if you’re tried any of her recipes, so send in a picture through to us on Facebook or Twitter!

Make sure you tune into S4C on Friday at 8.25pm for the third episode. She’s promising a guilt free chocolate cake – what more could you want?!
