At Village Bakery we put as much time and effort into our customer service as we do baking our delicious bread. Read our frequently asked questions for a deeper insight into Village Bakery. If you can't find what you're looking for simply get in touch.
Where can I buy Village Bakery products?
Our products are stocked by many independent stores across Mid Wales, North Wales and the borders as well as larger retailers such as Spar, Co-op and Tesco in the region. You'll soon be able to find your nearest stockist through our website by entering your postcode or location into the ‘stockist finder’ map and choosing which products you are looking for. Please be aware we do not supply or stock any of our products in Aldi and the products being supplied are under a similar named brand. If you’d like to see us in your local shop, we’d love to know, get in touch with us via email, facebook or twitter.
I’ve noticed a change in the way your products look, why is this?
We felt that our old packaging did not truly reflect our core values and with so many inconsistent designs we wanted to make it easier for you to recognise us. Our new packaging has given us a fresh new look and shouts about our heritage as a Welsh Family Bakery as well as our primary commitment to providing great tasting products.
My favourite Village Bakery product is no longer available, where has it gone?
We keep in touch with our customers to find out what tastes are trending and sometimes find that products which were once top sellers are no longer as popular. Sometimes we stop selling these products to make room for fresh new ideas as we want to provide our customers with a variety of their favourite baked goods and brand new ranges. We always welcome your feedback so if you think we’ve missed a trick, please let us know.
Where have the Village Bakery shops gone?
Our main priority is to make great tasting bread, pies and morning goods for our customers which is why we decided it was time to sell the shops to ensure all of our efforts are put into our products. The shops have been taken over by Chatwin’s who are another local family bakery. But don’t worry, there are still plenty of places you can find our products, use the ‘stockist finder’ map to find out where.
How do I contact customer services?
Your feedback is really appreciated, whether you want to share your passion for Village Bakery or if you’ve had a bad experience with one of our products. You can get in touch with us via our social media channels on facebook and twitter or for any issues we’d recommend using our dedicated email address firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure your problem is resolved as quickly as possible.

If you’d like to get involved and be part of our team, all of our jobs are advertised on the recruitment section of the website and through the job centre. You can download an application form online or pick one up from any of our bakeries, if we do not have any vacancies we still welcome your application and may keep it on file until a suitable position arises.
How should I store Village Bakery products to ensure they stay fresh for as long as possible?
We know that freshness is very important to our customers and have worked hard to ensure all of our products have a lengthy shelf life. To maximise freshness, all of our packaged products come with storage instructions which we highly recommend you follow. Bread and morning goods should be stored in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight, such as a bread bin. Our chilled pies should be kept refrigerated.
