Chuck Steak Bake

 

TENDER Welsh chuck steak cooked in a rich gravy wrapped in a crisp puff pastry.

 

 

Ready to eat hot or cold. Keep refrigerated.

Heating instructions
For best results heat in a conventional oven.
Oven from chilled: Remove all packaging. Place on baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven at 190ºC/375ºF/Gas mark 5 for approximately 20 minutes.
Oven from frozen: Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven at 190ºC/375ºF/Gas mark 5 for approximately 35-40 minutes.
Microwave: The timings are based on an 800W oven. Remove all packaging. Heat on full power for two minutes. Allow to stand for one minute before eating.

Always check the product is piping hot before serving.

Freezing
Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and consume within one month. Do not refreeze. If product is to be eaten cold, defrost thoroughly before use and eat within 24 hours.

Ingredients
Pastry: Wheatflour, Water, Vegetable Fat (palm oil, water, salt, emulsifiers: E471, E330), Shortening (palm oil, rapeseed oil), Salt, Glaze: Pasteurised Free Range Egg.

Filling: Minced Welsh Beef (21.5%), Water, Steak Gravy (modified maize starch, wheatflour, salt, potato starch, colour: E150a, yeast extract, ground white pepper, malt extract (barley) spice extract (pepper)), Thickener (rice flour, modified maize flour).
