Shortcrust Pasty

 

A shortcrust pasty filled with PRIME Welsh beef, chunks of potato, carrots & onions.

 

 

Ready to eat hot or cold. Keep refrigerated.

Heating instructions
For best results heat in a conventional oven
Oven from chilled: Remove all packaging, place on baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C/375°F/Gas mark 5 for approximately 15 minutes.
Oven from frozen: Remove all packaging, place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C/375°F/Gas mark 5 for approximately 25 minutes.
Microwave: The timings are based on an 800W oven. Remove all packaging. Heat on full power for two minutes.Allow to stand for one minute before eating.

Always check the product is piping hot before serving.

Freezing
Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and consume within one month. Once thawed do not refreeze. If product is to be eaten cold, defrost thoroughly before use and eat within 24 hours.

Pastry: Wheatflour
, Water, Vegetable Fat (palm oil, water, salt, emulsifiers: E471, E330), Shortening (palm oil, rapeseed oil, palm fat), Salt, Glaze: Pasteurised Free Range Egg. 

Filling: Diced Potato (20%), Beef (15%), Diced Carrots (5%), Diced Onion (5%), Thickener (modified maize starch), Water, Seasoning (salt, yeast powder, stabiliser: E451(i), wheatflour, dextrose, onion powder, yeast extract (salt), sugar, spice, herb, spice extracts), Salt, Ground Black Pepper, Cracked Black Pepper.
