Oven from chilled: Remove all packaging, place on baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C/375°F/Gas mark 5 for approximately 20 minutes.
Oven from frozen: Remove all packaging, place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C/375°F/Gas mark 5 for approximately 35-40 minutes.
Microwave: The timings are based on an 800W oven. Remove all packaging. Heat on full power for two minutes. Allow to stand for one minute before eating.

Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and consume within one month. Once thawed do not refreeze. If product is to be eaten cold, defrost thoroughly before use and eat within 24 hours.
